Jim is an Executive-level community development finance professional with a demonstrated history of generating high-impact results in financing affordable housing, community facilities, and small business. He is the Principal of Kalorama Consulting Associates LLC, providing assistance to financial institutions, CDFIs, real estate developers, and other small business organizations. As the former Loan Fund Director of City First Enterprises and the Senior Vice President - Affordable Housing for City First Homes, Jim has deep experience in all aspects of CDFI operations including finance, capitalization, and loan fund management. Jim has a BS in Economics from the University of Maryland.
